A driver app booking is created when your child boards the service without a booking. When they board the service the driver adds them on (either manually, or with the use of a Swipe Card/ QR Code), and as a result a charge is incurred.

You will receive a weekly email if any driver app bookings have been made for your child. At some schools, you will be asked to pay for these via the system; at other schools, you may be charged by an alternative means e.g. the school bill. Either way, to avoid incurring these charges, please ensure that you book the bus service in advance of using it.

If you believe these booking(s) have been made in error, please complete a 'Contact Us' form on the school website and this can then be clarified or removed where appropriate.
