Will the driver check that my child(ren) is wearing their seat belt?

It is not the responsibility of the bus driver to ensure seatbelts are worn as their primary responsiblity is concentrating on driving the school bus route. It is therefore the responsibility of your child(ren) to ensure a seatbelt is worn at all times, in line with clause 12 of the school bus use terms and conditions - passengers who repeatedly fail to adhere to these terms may be removed from the school bus service.
