Most school bus runs are operated by a regular driver, where possible. However, on occasion, school bus routes may be driven by a replacement or relief driver in the case of late notice sickness.This is why it is important to use the stops listed on the school transport booking portal, to allow the driver to pickup from the correct locations, as detailed on their Driver App. In additon to this, if your detials change, please ensure the booking is up to date.
