Why is the stop I want to book a 'request' stop?

If there is a stop on the school bus network that has a hand symbol () then the stop is currently on request. This means that due to a lack of demand, or following a review of the network, the stop has been temporarily disabled from the network, and is not served on a day to day basis. If this is a stop that you would like to use, please complete the "Contact Us" form on your school transport booking portal, to request that this stop is added. We will then be in touch with the next steps, and if and when the stop will resume, following liaison with the relevant operator of the route.
