If a different stop is needed in the morning vs. afternoon on a regular basis, then this can be done at the point of booking, in the booking form. When completing a booking, select the morning route/stop and relevant days, followed by the green banner to 'Add another journey', as below:
The route and stop for the afternoon leg of the journey can then be selected, and the system will then be able to calculate this as a return booking, with the correct fares.
If a different route or stop is needed on an ad-hoc basis for the morning and afternoon, this can be done by changing the booking stop within 'My Account'. The video below explains this process:
