The bus did not stop, what should I do?

If the bus goes past you but fails to stop, please get in touch with us either via email (contact@vectare.co.uk) or phone (0115 777 3035) and we will be able to look into this and look to resolve as soon as possible.
In these instances, it is often very difficult for us to get in contact with the driver directly, as they will be driving the remainder of the route. If the bus has gone past and you are certain that this was the school bus, or the tracking confirms this is the case, then we would ask that you arrange for your child(ren) to get to the school, without the school bus. We will then investigate this with the operator of the route, and provide an update on the circumstastances/reasons why the bus did not stop. In the event of the bus going past, and this proving to be driver error, a refund will be provided, for the trips not used.
