If you have reset your password, and the site continues to show an incorrect username or password notice, it is possible that your account does not have the correct permissions for the site you are trying to access. In this case please complete the "Contact Us" form on your school transport booking portal, and we will be able to add additional permissions. This error can occur when going from one school year to another - in this case it is a simple process to be rolled over, and we will reply to confirm when the new permissions have been granted and access to the new site is confirmed.
