If your child has left something on the bus, please complete the "Contact Us" form on your school transport booking portal, selecting the reason as "Lost Property". You will then receive an email to confirm the request has been received, and we will contact the operator of the route, to resolve.
When this has been passed to the operator, and the item either confirmed as on the vehicle or not, arrangements will be made to either have the property delivered to the school reception, or handed back on the next available school run.
