I've moved house, what do I do?

If you have moved house and have made a school transport booking, please do not be concerned. If the house you are moving to has a local stop that is on the school bus network, we will be able to move your booking over on your behalf. Please complete the "Contact Us" form on your school transport booking portal and provide details of when and where you are moving to.

If your new house is not served by the bus, please complete the "Contact Us" form on your school transport booking portal to let us know your new address and we will reach with the next steps
