I am new to the area and there is not a stop on the network close to me, what can I do?

We regularly review all school bus networks, to continually improve the network for parents that want to use the bus, and to streamline the service for existing passengers. If there is a stop that you would like to be added, please complete the "Contact Us" form on your school transport booking portal and colleagues will be in touch to confirm receipt of your request, and the relevant steps being taken, for your request.
Please note requests can take up to a week to receive a formal response from the operator or school, potentially longer if over the school holidays. However, we will keep you updated with the progress of the request, and be in touch when there has been a decision made, and if not, reasons why.
