How do I see if my child has alighted the bus?

For an afternoon journey, drivers will tick passengers on to the bus as they board, and then mark as alighted, when they disembark. In this case, you are able to see this action, and the time when this was done in "My Account" > "Orders", and there will be a tick displayed next to the order when your child(ren) has boarded the bus, and a second tick for when they have alighted at their stop.
