If you have recieved a booking confirmation email that has a "Claim Order" button, please follow the link in the email to allocate that booking to your account.
If you have not already signed up for an account, you will firstly need to sign up. Once you are signed up and logged in, please navigate to "My Account" < "Claim Orders" and fill out the neccesary information.
