If you need to change the date on a pre-booked ad-hoc journey and the terms and conditons of travel allow you to do so, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Go to "My Account"
- Select "Journey Calendar"
- Choose the relevant trip you wish to change
This must be actioned prior to the date of travel.
