How do I let the driver know my child/ren won't be using the bus?

To mark a trip as not travelling please go to “My account” and click “Journey Calendar”. Here you can see the child/children you have booked for. If you click their name you will be able to see all of the bookings for them and here you can mark as not travelling any trips you do not intend to use. This is then updated on the Driver App, so the driver will know to expect at each stop along the route. Please see the terms and conditions in reagrads to if you will be able to have a refund for this journey.
