Can I cancel my regular travel booking?

In order to cancel a booking, please first refer to the terms and conditions. If you meet the requirements of the terms, please complete the "Contact Us" form on your school transport booking portal. We will then be able to assist in cancelling this, and organising a refund for trips not used, where eligible.

Please note that marking a child as "Not Travelling" does not constitute a cancellation or refund. This will simply just let the driver know that your child will not be on the bus.
