Can I cancel my Ad Hoc/ Single Trip booking?

Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of travel to see if this is possible. You may be able to change the booking to another date, or claim credit for a future booking. Please ensure you notify our team by completing the "Contact Us" form on your school transport booking portal in advance of travel.

Please note that marking a child as "Not Travelling" does not constitute a cancellation or refund. This will just inform the driver that your child will not be using the bus.
