Amending stops on a Single Trip/Ad-Hoc booking

Visit the school transport booking portal:

• Login using the same details you used to make your booking
• Select 'My Account'
• Select 'Journey Calendar'
• Select the relevant booking
• Select your child
• Select the 'change stop' button next to the relevant journey
• If you need to use a different route Select the route needed
• Select the stop needed
• Select which journey you are changing

If you wish to change the day of travel, please complete the "Contact Us" form on your school transport booking portal, and if this is in the terms of travel, we will be able to assist.
