Can I change the stop on my booking?

Visit your school transport booking portal:

  • Login using the same details you used to make your booking
  • Select 'My Account'
  • Select 'Journey calendar'
  • Select the relevant trip
  • Select your child
  • Select the 'change stop' button next to the relevant journey
  • Select the journey that you would like.

Please note that if you wish to make an ad-hoc booking on top of a previously booked regular booking, you will need to make a new booking through 'Single Trip' and this will be charged at the single trip price.

If you would like to amend a booking in bulk, please complete the "Contact Us" form on your school transport booking portal, and a member of the Vectare team will be able to make this one-off change.
